I do not know if this particular legislation involves carbon taxes. Carbon taxes are simply a tithe to foreign bankers, a tax on life itself. But even if this bill does not involve carbon taxes, it's still a scam. Atmospheric carbon dioxide levels lag global temperature, not lead it. Bankers (the ones who attacked you last year in the Financial Attack of 2008) are laying the groundwork for the complete control of your economy and society with climate change legislation. It may be that the climate is changing; the climate is always changing. But you don't need to get yourselves roped up in more international agreements, the one beneficiary of which are the bankers who dropped this legislation on your desks.
It's a con job. Consider the source.
