...a ten-dollar bouquet of flowers.
Amazing, isn't it, what a little kindness will get you.
But, see, the people over at United States are all animals. And I suppose according to their kook law, dropping off a bouquet of flowers to cheer someone up can be regarded as lending material support to a smelly ol' terriss, a legal classification of person we wish to economically and socially marginalize, a person who could not have theoretically had anything to do with 7-series compressors on Murray Street; and we can't be nice to him or else our entire kook law no man's land legal straight jacket prison for him unravels.
...into decency.
...And we can't have that.
