As Israel continues to pummel Palestine during the fourth day of
violence in the region, the Israeli Defense Force opened a new theater
of war over the Internet.
The spokesman's office of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it
created the channel -- youtube.com/user/idfnadesk -- on Monday to "help
us bring our message to the world."
The channel currently has more than 2,600 subscribers and hosts 10
videos, some of which have been viewed more than 26,000 times.
"The blogosphere and new media are another war zone," Israel Foreign Press Branch head Maj. Avital Leibovich told the
Jerusalem Post. "We have to be relevant there."

Another war zone. Do you consider yourselves to be at war with everyone, then? Is there some war going on that we're not aware of?
When Michael Chertoff says, "Make no mistake, this is war," precisely what war is he talking about?
When Michael Mukasey says, "We need to stay engaged in this war," or some such, what war is talking about? And who is "we?"
When George Bush --or, more precisely, whoever writes his talking points-- says, "This is a multigenerational war," what war is he talking about? Hmm? Who is the war on?
We've got two sets of nutjobs here: Jews who have taken their religiosity a bit far, and anglo satanists who are members of skull and bones and who participate in the Cremation of Care ceremony at Bohemian Grove.
The common thread here? The Babylonian Mysteries and egregore worship.
You are dealing with a corporation that is thousands of years old, a corporation that has at least two expressions --anglo and Jewish-- a corporation that has declared war on the entirety of humanity.
The name of that war? The Global War on Terror.
It is, however, a war of terror. Their intelligence services (which operate in the dark, remember?) throw all the bombs in this world. This corporation executed 9-11 and it executed Mumbai and London and Madrid.
This corporation's operatives speak to each other by way of utterances that are disseminated by the news media, for the most part unwittingly. (Sometimes not.)
I can see them speak to one another. I will point them out to you whenever I see them.
