if Mister Obama's precious new change-oriented government isn't in the business of enforcing the law, what, pray tell, does it do? ...because the law is all there is.
From moral authority flows political authority. And from political authority flows legal authority.
What with the NSA just sucking up everyone's communications, and the wars of aggression and the torture, the United States is officially an outlaw entity. You know that, right?
So you do realize that the United States has effectively granted any interested party the permission to remove all United States agents from office by force, right?
I never thought I'd see the day when the level of moral, political, and legal acumen in Washington would come to be so low that it would effectively amount to a plea to "Please drag us from office and put bullets in our heads. It's all good. We're criminals and we don't traffic in what you rubes would call 'law.' No objective jury of future generations would blame you for kneeling us down on the sidewalk and blowing our brains out."
You know how the United States doesn't legally exist, right? That means that it no longer owns anything, right? It owns no tanks, no missiles, and no helicopter gunships, right? All that property has been effectively abandoned; it's up for grabs. Long ago I publicly announced that I lay claim to that property. I was the first one to announce that; that means it's mine.
You do realize that I have every moral and political right to call forth my contingent of guys with guns and tanks and helicopter gunships and lay waste to Washington once and for all, right?
Put down the form. Think it through.
You people need to learn how to look past the end of your own nose.
